Trishia S. Lichauco, MCC

As a coach and facilitator, I serve leaders from a wide range of sectors, industries and matrixed organizations. Throughout the coaching experience, leaders successfully enhance their self-awareness to effectively advance organizational goals. In an engagement, a collaborative atmosphere is co-created where innovative thinking occurs, accountability through action is developed, and untapped potential is relentlessly pursued.
